Refunds & Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Lessinly product purchase. If there’s a problem, please let us know by completing the Contact Us form on this website. If you purchased a Lessinly product through an authorized dealer, please contact them first for any assistance.

If you prefer to return your purchase for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the Lessinly product. If you purchased through an authorized dealer, you must work through them to obtain your refund.

Items returned outside of the 30-day period or items returned without prior authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The cost of shipping is not refundable under any circumstances.

Do not return or ship for service, any product without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Failure to do so may result in refusing delivery, and the shipment will be returned to you.

Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Lessinly.

The product must be in as new condition, complete with all packaging and accessories. If any item is missing or damaged, a restocking fee will apply.

The package should be contained within an outer box, to ensure the packaging does not become scuffed or otherwise damaged. Failure to adequately protect the product will result in a restocking fee.

After submitting the form, you will receive an RMA number from the Customer Service Department within 2 business days. The RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box. Please do not write the RMA number on the original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned freight collect.

Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect the product, the packaging, and the accessories for damage, and to ensure everything is returned. If all is in order, we will issue a refund for your product, excluding shipping fee. Processing of your refund is handled according to the method of payment used to buy the product from Lessinly.com. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company.
